About this event
Mindfulness can help us get out of our own way. By learning not to try so hard and rest in present moment awareness, we let go of resistance paving the way to authenticity, peace, and happiness. This workshop will explore the many ways that mindfulness exercises help facilitate and access states of flow and expansion.
About This Session
This session will include, short meditations, and time for questions (Q&A). No prior knowledge of mindfulness or meditation is required.
