This workshop will help you establishing a regular mindfulness practice which is critical to boosting confidence and well- being. Learn how to stop identifying with critical thoughts and be less driven by the limits of the ego. Mindfulness can free you to be more open and help you reach your full potential.

The session will include instruction, short meditations, and time for questions (Q&A). No prior knowledge of mindfulness or meditation is required.
